Who we are

Crispline Digital LLC ("Crispline", "we") builds and maintains websites, Google Business Profiles and online advertising for local businesses. These terms apply when you buy a service from us or use crisplinedigital.com.

Quotes and payment

Audits can be bought directly on our website. Every other service is quoted to you in writing first, and you pay through a secure Stripe payment link. Prices are in US dollars. Work begins once payment is received.

What you provide

You agree to give us accurate information and the photos, logos, text and account access we need to do the work. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Delays in getting us what we need can move the timeline.

Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, the website we build for you is yours: the design, the content and the files. Your domain is registered in your name. We may show your finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Some services rely on platforms we don't control, such as Google, hosting providers and payment processors. We follow their rules, but we can't guarantee their decisions, including Google's rankings, profile verification or review filtering.

Results

We do the work to give your business the best chance of being found and contacted, and we explain what we did. We can't promise a specific ranking, number of calls or amount of revenue.

Limitation of liability

Our total responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
