Refund & Cancellation Policy

Audits (Website Audit and Google Profile Audit)

Audits are paid up front and work starts within 72 hours. If you change your mind before we start, email us and we'll refund you in full. Once the audit has started, we can't offer a refund, because the work is already under way. If we can't complete your audit for any reason on our side, you get a full refund.

If you book the matching fix within 30 days, the audit price comes off it: $399 off the Audit Findings Fix Package, or $199 off the Google Business Profile Build.

Website builds, fixes and other one-time services

These are agreed in writing before any payment. We send you a quote with what's included, the timeline and the price, and you pay by a secure Stripe payment link. If you cancel before work starts, you get a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the part of the price for work we haven't done yet, and you keep everything that's finished.

Website Care Plan and other monthly services

Monthly services have no contract. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice by email. You're billed for the current month and one more; after that, billing stops. We don't refund months that have already started. If you cancel the Care Plan, we hand over your website files so you can host it anywhere.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

If something isn't right, please contact us first. We'll work with you to fix it before anything else.
