Good to know
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco, painted wood and roofs get a low-pressure soft wash that kills algae at the root. High pressure is only for concrete.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
We pre-wet and rinse landscaping before and after, and ask that pets stay inside until surfaces dry.
Do I need to be home?
Only for interior windows. For everything else we just need an outdoor spigot and unlocked gates.
What if it rains right after?
Rain won't undo a soft wash. If a storm leaves clay splash on the driveway within 3 days, we'll come back and rinse it.
How often should I clean?
In Charlotte's climate: house and windows once or twice a year, driveways yearly, roofs every two to three years.
