Most jobs on the coast are more than one trade: a leaning fence with a rotted post, a grey deck that needs washing before it can be stained. We handle the whole thing.
Fence install & repair
Cedar, pressure-treated, horizontal and vinyl. Leaning posts reset, storm damage replaced, gates rehung so they latch.
Drag the handle. This deck was sanded rather than replaced, which saved the owners roughly two thirds of a rebuild.

Should I repair my deck or replace it?
If the joists and posts are sound, restoration usually costs a third of a rebuild. We check the framing on the walkthrough and tell you honestly which one makes sense.
How long does stain last on the coast?
A quality semi-transparent stain on a horizontal surface in full sun lasts two to three years here. Vertical surfaces like fences and railings last longer.
Do you handle HOA approval and permits?
We supply drawings, material specs and colour samples for HOA review, and pull permits when the town requires them for fences over six feet or new structures.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Stain and paint need dry wood, so we reschedule and text you the new date. Carpentry usually carries on.
